Bartenura Moscato

The Moscato grape is naturally rich in perfumes, and the production of this wine is geared towards preserving these aromas in the finished wine. Only the best grapes are used, and fermentation takes place at a low temperature in order to craft a wine with fresh, peachy perfumes and light, grapey fruit. Ideal on its own, as an aperitif, or with fruit or light deserts. Serve chilled and drink young

This is a very light tasting, sweet Moscato. The alcohol content is somewhat lower than other labels, and is apparent in the sweetness. This is a very favorable wine for the price. Enjoyed by both regular wine connoisseur, and those who do not partake of the vines gift regularly.

[Note this is an non-vintage-stated wine, so I just went with the most recent one in the drop-down menu. It seems to be consistent from year to year.] This is semi-sweet, slightly fizzy, low-alcohol tropical fruit and citrus flavored wine. Not complex or ever meant to be anything but fun and light, it is a terrific aperitif, matching well with cheese and other simple fare as well as brunch and many desserts. In the summer it can be consumed like a soda, in a tumbler over ice.

First wine I have ever liked. Not too sweet nor dry. Crisp tasting. None of the horrible tastes I have associated with fine wines over the years. After 60 years on this earth, something I like, and now am sharing with other non-wine drinkers. They love it, too.

This wine is great tasting and every at your shabbat table will love this wine!! It's sweet and tastes like apple cider, its also low in alcohol so its okay to give a little to your kids for kiddush. If you're a wine expert, you might not like this wine as it doesn't taste like wine and more of a sweet drink. its easy to drink and fun with the bubbles :)
