This is a light, fairly good wine. Most of the flavor can be found in its fruity aftertaste. This is a good dinner wine that would go well with fish.

If you like Sauvignon Blanc and need to compromise with a White Zinfandel drinker, this is a good wine to choose. Not as dry some serious whites like Pouilly-Fuisse, the refreshing citrus flavors of this wine are quite enjoyable. Could use another year to age. Serve closer to 60F for the best experience.

This wine is stronger than I expected, less of a true Rose than a red wine with pink color. Less delicate and "fun" than some other Roses.

Exceptionally beautiful color; medium body, off-dry, pleasant berry nose; well integrated and balanced; good structure; strawberry and spice but not overpowering. Goes well with grilled fish or simply grilled chicken or vegetables.
