General Information
With a deep red ruby color, this wine integrates well its palate of red fruit, raspberries, and black currants with the vanilla of French oak barrels. It has an attactive acidity giving the wine a fresh character. As it is aged in oak barrels for three months, this wine will continue to develop very well for several years. Ideal for red meats, pasta and dishes with rich sauces.

Vintage 2010
This is a pleasant drinking Cab for the price and can handle a hearty Shabbat meal. Still young and may cellar well. Along with free shipping, recommended to add this to your stock of house wines.

My wife really liked this bottle. At first I was a bit unimpressed, but it grew on me when I finished the bottle for Shabbos lunch. I think the trick to this wine is to serve it chilled and well decanted.
