General Information
Shiloh wines are produced in the heart of an ancient area of vineyards in the Judean Hills. This fine red wine was produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes picked manually during the cool morning hours. Aged in the finest French oak barrels over a period of fourteen months in Shiloh's unique, state-of-the-art winery. The wine has a unique rich Bordeaux color and sweet aroma that echoes rich black fruit and delicately charred oak wood. The wine is ready for immediate enjoyment but also has a capacity for ageing after bottling.

Nice color and aroma. But it lacks flavor. My first glass was a bit syrupy. Give it time to breath a bit more, and the next glass was very drinkable. This is a passable wine at best.
