This new vintage is very good! Pale straw in color with a light fruity aroma, it is well balanced, dry but fruity with just enough acidity and a hint of pear. This may be the best chardonnay they have produced to date and, despite the price increase, is still a great value - certainly one of the best in its price range.

A touch of sweetness initially, with a slight metallic aftertaste. Good wine for the money, but not nearly as good as some other Chardonnays.

It's a chameleon-like wine, very deceptive but versatile: depending on the accompanying food, it may taste dry (rather like sauvignon blanc) while with others, fruity and off-dry (like semillon). It's light-bodied, fresh and enjoyable enough, especially at this sensational price.

Pale pear toned, fruity aroma, quite dry, mid-weight, legs, with a pleasantly lingering acidity, heady. Acceptable at onset, improves with a bit of air.

Another exceptional wine value from Chile!! Distinctive floral aromas and citrus flavors all balanced with a pleasantly crisp acidity. Very "new style" Chard with little or no oak. This puts the Alfasi (same price range)to shame. Tierra Salvaje even replaced their label with something a bit more sophisticated. I'll buy this again and often.
