General Information
Made entirely of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, somewhere in color between rose petal pink and peach blush. Light to medium-bodied, crisply dry with good balancing acidity and appealing cherry, raspberry and cassis fruit. Lively and refreshing, with an alluring bouquet of jammy fruit and elegant floral notes. An outstanding balance between fruit and acidity that enhances the refreshing quality of this delightful wine. Lontue Valley appellation.

We served this for Seder last year. We were hoping for an inxpensive off-dry alternative to our usual Joyvin. What a mistake! The stuff was like kerosene. Highly tannic, overly acidic. This one works best with food. I would have this with strong cheese or even a crusty piece of grilled meat. It's definitely not a quaffer.

This is a typical rose ... which will appeal to the small sector who prefer a more fruit juice like libation, particularly those inclined to something akin to cranberry/raspberry juice minus the sugar.
