General Information
The best selling rose Champagne in the world, Laurent-Perrier is one of the few roses still made by the saignee method. To emphasize this traditional technique, the Champagne is bottled in an embossed bottle that is a reproduction of those used in the late 17th century. All grapes in the blend come exclusively from ten 100%-rated Grand Cru vineyards.

"Exceptional"

Wine Enthusiast  90 Points
"Starts off toasty and citrusy, then seems to add weight and size in the glass, adding layers of cherry-berry fruit and a hint of dark chocolate. It ends up being a big, broad shouldered wine you could pair with main-course meats."

"This is the same cuvee as the nonkosher, except that a rabbi is brought in for this portion," Royal says. The bouquet has a peachy note. It is light, biscuity, redolent of tasted almonds and bracigly acidic.

Sante` Annual Guying Guide 2006-Gold Award
Bright and spicy aromas of red berry. Vibrant, lively, fruit-driven body with flavors of strawberry, raspberry, and watermelon.

This is truly a wonderful bottle of wine. Refreshing, with interesting flavors and never-ceasing bubbles, this one is great as an aperitif, but will also be very nice with lighter foods. Highly recommended.
