General Information
The very aromatic Yarden Muscat features orange blossom, marmalade and lemon zest notes layered with nutmeg and vanilla bean. The wine is unabashedly sweet, yet retains an elegant drinkability.
Yarden Muscat is ready to be enjoyed yet ages beautifully, taking on a richer marmalade character. Enjoy Yarden Muscat along with almost any dessert.

Vintage 2002
This sweet and appealing dessert wine, ever-so-lightly fortified with brandy, has a richly floral nose with aromas and flavors of citrus fruits, honey, peach, and pineapple. The wine is downy and supple with enough balancing acidity to keep on the right side of cloying. The wine is, however, meant to be short-lived, and will not benefit from further ageing. Drink now through the end of 2005.

Vintage 2002
This simple, sweet, light bodied, light straw colored wine has a lively bouquet of honey, Key limes, and spice. Possessing a honey/citrus flavor with hints of anise, this wine is poorly crafted, and is lacking anywhere near enough acid to balance the sweetness. Drink now –2006.
