All of our wines are stored in a climate-controlled environment and we take great pride in checking the condition of the wine we purchase. If you receive a bottle that is spoiled, leaking, or otherwise damaged, we will offer a replacement or credit for the price at a manager's discretion. If you do receive a spoiled bottle, please save the full bottle until you have contacted customer service because we will need it returned to our location. We must be notified within 30 days from the time you receive your wine of any spoilage. We will accept a return of any wine that is unopened and salable. You will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the returned merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable.
As is tradition in the wine trade, all bottles over 10 years old are at the buyer's risk. We reserve the right to correct price errors by canceling orders
We cannot ship to KS, MA, ND, NH, TX, UT
All packages are shipped via UPS. Most Ground packages are shipped out within 48 hours, although during holidays or busy seasons we reserve the right to extend shipping times. Express packages are shipped out the following business day unless the customer has requested otherwise. Shipping times are listed in business days. Allow up to 5 business days to receive your order after it has been processed. When your order is shipped, an email with the tracking numbers is sent automatically to the email address on your account. Once your order is given to UPS, the package becomes your property and you are responsible for contacting UPS for service requests or delivery instructions. Any changes made to your shipment after it has left our warehouse may incur a $12 change fee. We can't ship packages outside of the United States, to FPO/APO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
Please be aware that UPS delivers Monday through Friday during normal business hours. All packages with products containing alcohol require an adult age 21 or over with a valid government-issued ID to sign for the package. If you think this might be a problem, we strongly encourage you to use a work address for shipping. UPS will make up to 3 delivery attempts, after which the package will be returned to us. Packages returned to our location due to failure to obtain an adult signature require an additional shipping charge for re-shipment, even when free shipping originally applied.
Wine can be damaged by temperature extremes. We reserve the right to hold your shipment during extreme weather conditions. During the hottest or coldest parts of the year, it is common for us to delay shipments until the beginning of the week to prevent packages being stored over the weekend in UPS facilities. Please be aware, however, that we cannot be held responsible if you request shipment during a period when we have chosen not to ship, and the wines travel in a climate outside an acceptable temperature range.
Vintages/Out of Stock
All wines listed are subject to availability. We work as hard as possible to show the current vintage and stock status of our inventory. With high turnover, it is a big challenge. Therefore we can not guarantee vintages for wines less than $15 per bottle. We reserve the right to make appropriate vintage substitutions when necessary. If the wine is greater than $15 per bottle and we do not have the specified vintage, we will send you an email and hold the order until we hear back.
You may request we notify you before making any vintage substitution by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then contact you if necessary for all wines substitutions. On the off chance we are out of stock of an item after you order it, we will email you with your options.
Please be sure to look over your order confirmation and notify us of any changes or cancellations immediately. Orders may be packaged and shipped as early as 2 hours after an order has been received. Once an order has been packed for shipping, we cannot guarantee a cancellation without restocking fees applying. We reserve the right to correct price errors by canceling orders.

All of our orders are shipped without any purchase information, such as receipts or invoices. Wines are packed in specially designed and certified bottle shippers that cushion each bottle and protect them from damage during shipping.
