Segal's Cabernet Sauvignon Special Reserve
Grapes grown in the unique climate of the Upper Galilee mainly from the super premium Dishon Vineyard in the Kadesh Valley, were harvested at ultimate ripeness. The wine underwent a protracted post-fermentation maceration on the skins as well as fourteen months aging in a mixture of French and American oak in order to arrive at the optimum extraction and balance of fruit, tannin and oak. This rich, complex, balanced wine will continue to improve for many years.

Yarden Mount Hermon Red
Yarden Mount Hermon was produced from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with a small amount of Cabernet Franc, all grown in the Golan Heights. The cool climate, rocky volcanic soil and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing classic wine grape varieties. Moderately early pressing yields a wine with good color and ample fruit that can be enjoyed without extensive aging. To preserve the quality of the wine, this bottle should be stored on its side in a cool, dark place. Best served at 55-60 degrees.
