General Information
Dolcemente's secret is the blend of the refined character of the Cabernet Sauvignon with the fruitiness of the Cesanese grapes. Intense purple color, fresh floral aromas with notes of berry and cherry, very smooth tannins, and a lovely sweetness on the palate makes you want to enjoy this wine at room temperature or slightly chilled.

Great wine for someone looking for a wine that is not too sweet but sweet enough for a beginner. This was recommended to me by the gentleman at the KosherWine.com Physical Store (Hungarian Kosher Foods) as a transition from the sweeter Jeunesse into a little less sweet wine. Perfect recommendation. I really enjoyed it and would recommend it for someone trying to get into dryer wines gradually.
