General Information
The name "Volcanic" brings to mind the breathtaking and spectacular landscape where the Odem Mountain Winery is situated. A grape blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot is used to produce this intensely red-colored wine. Full-bodied with firm tannin, the aroma and flavors of Volcanic Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot are those of ripe black fruits and vanilla, reinforced by hints of roots and earthiness.
