General Information
After 18 months maturing in the finest oak barrels, this wine shows a complex character of black plums, eucalyptus and hints of chocolate. It is smooth, velvety, and long on the palate, with well-balanced tannins. The intensity of color and aroma give an excellent indication of what this wine has to offer and of its future promise.

Smooth, rich, almost muscular, and very well balanced. This wine is the best cab I've tasted from Dalton.

A decent wine showing firm tannins with some earthy fruits. A solid choice, but not outstanding.

This wine must be decanted or let breathe for 30 minutes before tasting It is a nice, smoothe drinkable wine that is good alone or with meals.
