Ideal on its own, as an aperitif, or with fruit or light deserts. Serve chilled and drink young.

This is pretty good if you are not looking for something sophisticated. If you enjoy drinking more sophisticated wines, try Muscat de Beaumes de Venise or Sauternes. If you want something easy, this wine is a winner.

As any observer can see from the reviews, this is an extremely popular beverage. Why? Because it is sweet, festive, peachy in flavor, lightly effervescent, highly perfumed in aroma and, of course, comes in a beautiful blue bottle that some may enjoy using, apres-comsumption, as a window light-catcher. All in all, a simple, sweet bubbly that's guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser.

I first tried this at passover this year. Our hosts opened a case and it went like wildfire. I immediately tried to get a case near me and could not. I ended up ordering it from the main LCBO depot near me here in Canada. I am working to get my local store to carry it. I am also going to take a bottle or two to our weekly classes at our schule to introduce more people to it. Fantastic Product!! I can no longer drink much alcohol and red wines, and I do not really like the sweeter wines, but this is excellent. Try it also with Canada Dry club soda, crushed ice (or cubed) and a little piece of lime squeezed in (or Lemon) for a great spritzer. The Flavour and fragrance reminds me of my favourite Ice Wine made here called First Frost Last Grape. Do not ever discontinue this!!

Moscato d'asti (any vintage)is the perfect wine for those starting to appreciate wines. It is nice and light- far from intimidating. It has a low ABV (alcohol by volume), another plus for the starting enthusiast. This is the go-to wine at any chasana, and with good reason- there is hardly anything to dislike about it. It is the quintessential dessert wine: sweet and fruity, not heavy, and easy on the palate. However, this is not a complex wine and not a wine that you'd nose more than once. If you are looking for a wine for kiddush, or one that you don't know if people will dislike, get this wine and have no worries, mate.

No matter what the vintage, this is the Moscato against which all others are judged. Although this Moscato has surpassed the Rashi - which first broke through the ceiling of high quality, accessible wines for the common Jew - there are others that have now surpassed the Bartenura (the Golan, even the Carmel). That does not detract at all from the classic quality of this wine, which has remained consistent throughout the years & throughout the bottle - each time. This is always an excellent choice: light, sweet and, as another reviewer put it accurately & succinctly, an alcoholic Sprite. Always enjoyable, always a reliable and easy choice, always an aesthetically appealing cobalt blue bottle. What's not to like?

A sweet, sparkling wine, Bartenura's Moscato D'Asti is an extraordinary wine that goes well with meals. Bartenura takes the Moscato grape and transforms it into something incomparable and exquisite. I rate recommend this sweet wine to anyone who wishes to indulge in a sweet, affordable, great tasting wine. 10 out of 10 stars.

This Asti was one of the best that I have ever tasted! The taste was very light and fruity. It would be suitable for children, because the alcohol content is so low. Also because the flavor is sweet. It's a great choice!

This light and uninteresting frizzante (slightly sparkling) wine is the weakest of the kosher Moscato d’Asti wines on the market (earlier vintages of the Bartenura Moscato have been MUCH better). That said, this one (“the blue bottle!”) is ALWAYS a crowd-pleaser for frum Jews -- it is sweet, with notes of pear, tangerine, apricot, peach and melon. If you are looking for wine for a simcha at which nobody will particularly care about what they are drinking so long as it is pleasant, sweet, slightly bubbly, very low in alcohol and cheap, then look no further. If, however, you do enjoy Moscato d’Asti wines and are looking for a good bottle, try the other brands instead. This wine is palatable, but nothing special.

The wine is light and refreshing, perfect substitute for Champagne to any meal. Would go wonderfully with Cheese & Fruit dessert/meal. However, the sweetness is not for the typical Red drinker, the women will flock to you.

Bartenura wine, in my opinion, is the perfect wine for people who find most wines to be overwelmingly tannic and bitter. It has a nice amount of sweetness without tasting like you're drinking a soda. It goes well with a Shabbos meal, and I have even seen it served at Passover meals. I would not recommend it to so called "serious" wine drinkers or people who have any aversion to sweetness in their wine.
