General Information
Tzuba Estate Winery is located in the Judean Hills, an area recognized as a major wine-producing region since Biblical times. The local topography and climate provide ideal conditions for cultivating vineyards that have produced a variety of prize-winning boutique wines.
Tzuba's Merlot is produced from 100% Merlot grapes from their hillside vineyard at an altitude 700 meters, and was aged in French oak barrels for 14 months. The wine exhibits aromas of ripe red fruit, spice, coffee beans and roasted oak. Its rich taste is balanced and elegant, with a unique finish emphasizing freshness and pleasant tannins.

Impressive QPR. Smoky notes on the palate and bouquet. Rich, ripe round fruit, but still with good terroir. The tannins are nicely balanced with the fruit. This is definitely good to drink now. It will definitely age for a few years, possibly longer. Rich, dense and concentrated. Highly recommeneded for the money.
