General Information
Galil Mountain's Sauvignon Blanc is from the higher elevations of the Upper Galilee, considered the best winegrowing area in Israel. The wine is aromatic and fresh with distinct citrus, chalk and herb flavors, a firm acidity, and a mouthwatering finish. Great as an aperitif, and a good match for grilled fish, Thai-style stir fries, and a wide range of pasta dishes.

With a light straw to greenish hue, this subtle Sauvignon Blanc from Galil Mountain emits citrus characteristics with grassy undertones. It is crisp and refreshing with a lively mouthwatering finish.
