General Information
The wine matured for 10 months in oak barrels. A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Shiraz, 20% Cabernet Franc. Full bodied with soft tannins, a fine balance between the taste of the grapes and wood barrels. In mouth taste of red fruit, toasted herbs, black olives, and dark chocolate.

Really interesting sour cherry and raspberry flavors and a beautiful tangy fruity bouquet. A little off balance and a little hot on the palate. Delicious, but not complex like a good cab should be. Very new world in style, but a little light. If you don't like your reds too dry and you're looking for a fruity cab, it's worth a try.
