General Information
65% Semillon, 25% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Riesling. This was the first Late Harvest for the winery and was only done hand picking in successive waves. The fermentation was made over a period of two months, then aged 14 months in Hungarian oak barrels. Powerful and rich, the wine offers a myriad of flavors including prune, peach, nuts, and spicy oak, giving a complex and lingering finish.
