This kosher wine is produced at the Tzuba Estate Winery which is located in the Judean Hills, an area recognized as a major wine-producing region since Biblical times. This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah, Metzuda bursts with fruit but offers many layers of complexity for wine lovers who are prepared to discover them. It has a bright purple color and is nice and young at the rim. Tasting the wine you get big oaky and fruity notes with hints of cedar and wood chips from the barrels this wine was aged in.
