Description

Adir Winery is a family owned and operated winery in the heart of Upper Galilee. Combining five decades of agricultural experience, professional wine making expertise and a spirit of grandeur, Adir wines are made with grapes grown in the Kerem Ben Zimra vineyards. This Adir Shiraz is a smooth, full-bodied red wine with plenty of black fruits and spices, with vanilla and chocolate on the nose. Black pepper becomes more evident after some aeration. Pairs well with grilled beef.
