Dry red wine produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Upper Galilee. After having undergone extended fermentation with skins still on, the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. In order to preserve it's full potential, the wine was not fined and only coarsely filtered prior to bottling, therefore natural sediment may appear during bottle maturation.

Great bottle, typical of this winery. One of my favorite brands out there. Fantastic taste, not too heavy, but still significant body. Would recommend this over and over again.

Reasonably priced. Powerful mouth feel, with intense fruit and berries. The finish emphasizes the balance of tannin, acidity and wood.

Carmel Appellation Cabernet Sauvignon 2011 is definitely an all time favorite. Rich flavor with a balance of fruit and spice, followed by a nice oak after taste.

One of the best value in Israeli wines. Had the 2004 & the 2005 and both years were great.

I bought this bottle last year in Tel Aviv when I was in Israel for Passover, and drank it this year at the same time during Chold HaMoed. This is a dark and chewy wine with a subtle bouquet. It is remarkably smooth and light with little acidity. A dry wine lover's dream and reasonably priced. My only criticism is that it seems a little stingy on the fruit.
