A very pleasant rose.

This enticing rose petal pink colored number is somewhat heavier than most of its type, with dry to off-dry notes of strawberry, raspberry, citrus and spices, and with just enough acidity to remain just about refreshing, if not altogether lively; charming fruity aftertaste, to be sipped with grilled fish rather than quaffed pool-side.

This wine is stronger than I expected, less of a true Rose than a red wine with pink color. Less delicate and "fun" than some other Roses.

If you like Sauvignon Blanc and need to compromise with a White Zinfandel drinker, this is a good wine to choose. Not as dry some serious whites like Pouilly-Fuisse, the refreshing citrus flavors of this wine are quite enjoyable. Could use another year to age. Serve closer to 60F for the best experience.

This is a light, fairly good wine. Most of the flavor can be found in its fruity aftertaste. This is a good dinner wine that would go well with fish.
