    Ghito Sorequa is made from French Colombard, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay grapes from Ghito's "Kanaf Yosef" vineyard in the Pines village. The chardonnay fermented and aged in a new Austrian oak barrel. The colombard and Sauvignon Blanc grapes fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged for 5 months on its yeast (lees) sediments and did not undergo malolactic fermentation.
