Ghito Viognier 2020

Description

Ghito (formerly Gito) Viognier wine is made from Viognier grapes from the Mitzpeh Ramon vineyards located in the Israeli desert. The harvest was done in two steps, an early harvest to maintain grapes acid and a second harvest to obtain the fruit tastes and aromas. The early harvest aged in stainless steel tank and the second harvest aged in an oak barrel. Both wines blended after five months to present a very fresh and aromatic wine.
