Michel Murciano opened Hevron Heights winery in 2000, tapping into an Old World French style of kosher wine. The nutrient-rich soil evolved naturally from over 6,000 years of vine growing. The vineyard is perfectly placed at a high altitude, with warm days and cool nights contributing to the perfect conditions for grape growing.

Founded by French immigrant Michel Murciano in 2000, Hevron Heights Winery produces exceptional Old World-style wines in one of Israel’s most ancient viticultural regions.

    • Judean Heights

The Judean Hills provide excellent grape growing conditions thanks to the plentiful sunshine and cooling sea breezes which help ensure perfect balance in the finished wines.

    • Jerusalem Heights

These wines are crafted from grapes grown at around 950 metres of altitude in the hills around Jerusalem which is ideal for creating sophisticated Bordeaux-style blends.

    • Pardess

This luscious Old World-style Merlot is aged in oak for 18 months and sourced from high altitude vineyards in the Judean Hills.

    • Isaac’s Ram

These wines express the intense, rugged character of the Judean Hills where they are grown with plenty of rich dark fruit character and toasty hints from the 18 months of barrel ageing.

    • Mount Hevron

These powerful reds are crafted with prime grapes grown at 950 metres of altitude on the hills of Jerusalem and they are aged in French and American oak for 20 months to add extra complexity.

    • Elone Mamre

Named after the “oaks of Mamre” where Abraham once lived, these elegant wines are crafted from classic French varietals like Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

    • Makhpelah

Named after the ancient Tomb of the Patriarchs in Hebron, this opulent wine is crafted with top quality grapes grown at altitude in the Judean Hills and ages in French oak barrels for 24 months.
