Passover Delivery Guarantee: As long as you place your order before the cutoff date for your state, we guarantee that your order will be delivered by Passover (April 19th). In the unlikely event that you placed your order in time but did not receive your order in time, we will offer you the choice to either send the shipment back for a full refund or issue a $50 gift card to be used towards future orders. Please note that If a carrier attempts to deliver your shipment on or before April 19th but you are not home to sign, we reserve the right to withdraw the money-back guarantee.
Alternative Signature Methods
All packages can only be received by adults over 21 years old. If you are uncomfortable handling the carrier's stylus, the courier/driver can offer alternative ways to sign, such as the non-writing end of your own pen. If you are still uncomfortable signing the scanner, the courier/driver may simply collect your name and verify your date of birth information through your window.
Address Change Fees are Waived
Plans changed? Need to re-route your package? We will cover the $15 charge for you and change the address for free! If you need to change an address on your shipment, please just send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and new address.

Typically, for a full four cups, you’ll want to have about a bottle per person. Although technically the exact amount you would need is 4 bottles for every 5 people, you’ll want to account for accidental spillage, or for if people want to have some wine with their meal as well.I'm traveling for Passover. Can you ship to my destination?
If you are shopping for a seder event at a synagogue, community center, or hotel, rest assured that we can ship there!
