  • Description

Made with dedication and expertise, the Shiran Conductor, which has merited 90 points from Robert Parker, is a blend of Petite Sirah from the Karmei Yosef and Petit Verdot from Giv'at Yesh'Ayahu. The Petit Verdot was harvested in 2020 and the Petite Sirah was from the 2021 harvest. This mix of grapes from different vintages, then aged in French and American oak barrels, expresses the enterprising drive and passion for blending that typifies Shiran’s Red wines. Bold, yet balanced. Look for blackberry, blueberry, cassis, and leather in the nose. The taste profile is fruit forward with cranberry and black cherry. The mouth feel is structured and bold. Allow to decant before drinking.
