Everything you need to know about Kosher Zinfandel

    How to Pronounce Zinfandel: zin·fan·del

    What does Zinfandel taste like?

Zinfandel is known for its big, bold flavors, well-developed tannins and full body. Blackberry, blueberry, cranberry and liquorice notes are common along with black pepper, cinnamon and cloves. These flavors tend to linger long on the tongue and end with a smoky tobacco finish.

You would like Zinfandel if you enjoy powerful red wines with plenty of rich, dark fruit flavors and spicy notes. Zinfandel also produces delicious rosé wines known as White Zinfandel which are ideal for those who enjoy a sweeter, fruitier style of wine.

    Most Popular Kosher Zinfandel

    • Baron Herzog White Zinfandel

Baron Herzog White Zinfandel is a slightly sweet rosé wine with enchanting notes of strawberries and cotton candy. Enjoy this Kosher White Zinfandel chilled on its own or with poultry or fish dishes.

    • Weinstock White Zinfandel

    • Dalton Estate Zinfandel

Dalton Estate Zinfandel hails from top quality vineyards in the foothills of Mount Meron in Galilee. The terroir and maturation in American oak barrels for 12 months creates a spicy, dark fruited Zinfandel with a generous full body and firm tannins.

    • Herzog Late Harvest Zinfandel

Herzog Late Harvest Zinfandel is crafted from old vines planted in the Pescador vineyard in Lodi, California. The grapes are harvested much later than is typical for Zinfandel, creating an exceptionally rich and intense red wine which ample sweet dark berry and spice notes.
