Adir Winery produces a range of red and white wines, as well as a rose and an orange wine. The Kerem Ben Zimra series includes most of their offering, with white wines from familiar chardonnay and sauvignon blanc varietals to the lesser known Colombard and Grenache Blanc. The Cabernet Sauvignon in the Kerem Ben Zimra series is their most popular wine. The Kerem Ben Zimra series is widely considered to be well priced for the quality of wine. They have a wonderful Winemaker's Edition serious focused on single varietals that thrive in the hot Mediterranean climate and produce fantastic expressions. Their higher end wines include the Adir A, the Adir Plato and capped with their flagship wine the Adir November, an opulant wine suitable for aging.
