    Galil Mountain’s Awards:

    How did Galil Mountain start?

Established in 2000 as a joint venture in partnership with the hugely successful Golan Heights Winery, Galil Mountain Winery is blessed with six vintages set at 420-800 metres of altitude. This setting is ideal for crafting exceptional wines thanks to the sunny Mediterranean climate and cooling mountain breezes which help preserve freshness and aromatic complexity in their award-winning wines.

What is Galil Mountain most known for?

One of Galil’s key values is sustainability and the winery strives to work in harmony with nature wherever possible. This includes using solar panels on the winery’s roof to power the building and careful treatment of all wastewater to avoid contaminating the surrounding countryside. The winery also works closely with the local community and supports the Har V Gai school with donations and study placements for students.
