Rosh Hashanah Delivery Guarantee: As long as you place your order before the cutoff date for your state, we guarantee that your order will be delivered by Rosh Hashanah (September 23rd by 5 PM). In the unlikely event that you placed your order in time but did not receive your order in time, we will offer you the choice to either send the shipment back for a full refund or issue a $50 gift card to be used towards future orders. Please note that If a carrier attempts to deliver your shipment on or before September 23rd but you are not home to sign, we reserve the right to withdraw the money-back guarantee.

  • What qualifies for free shipping?

    At KosherWine.com we want you to have the very best experience from shopping to shipping. Every full case of wine you buy ships for free. That's right, every case of 12 bottles that goes into a box ships for free. And yes, you can mix-and-match to build your own case! Unfortunately, partial cases do incur a nominal shipping fee. Ordering multiples of 12 bottles will help you avoid shipping costs.

  • How long will it take to get my order?

    Your order is important to us! We strive to ship all orders within one business day. However, the cut-off time to receive shipments is 11:00 am Monday-Friday and 12:00 pm on Fridays and Erev Yomim Tovim.

    All shipments submitted over the weekend will be received on Monday. Texas, Illinois and Alabama have an extended shipping time of 10-21 days. At peak times (such as before the holidays) it can take a bit longer for your order to leave our warehouse.

    We ship through UPS, FedEX, and LSO; whoever will get you your package the most efficiently.

  • Signature Required: Do I need to be home to receive my order?

    Federal regulations require an adult, with valid ID to sign for all deliveries containing alcohol. THIS IS NOT A KOSHERWINE.COM REQUIREMENT THEREFORE, WE DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO WAIVE THIS REQUIREMENT. We recommend signing up for UPS My Choice so you can monitor your shipment, you can also make changes to the delivery address once it's shipped.

    If you are not home to receive your shipment, UPS will leave a note on your door and make two more delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt your wine will be returned to us. You may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping orders that are returned.

    Tip: Our customers find that shipping their order to a business address increases the odds of successful delivery on the first attempt.

    Need to change your delivery date? You can use your tracking number or info notice number to make changes to your delivery!

    Sign up for a free service called UPS My Choice. This service will allow you to hold your package at a pickup facility, see a delivery time frame, or change the delivery address.

  • Which days could add to my shipping time?

    UPS does not pick up (and may not conduct deliveries) on these days:

    Memorial Day
    Independence Day
    Labor Day
    Thanksgiving Day

    At KosherWine.com we close our offices in observance of the following Jewish Holidays:

    Rosh Hashanah
    Yom Kippur
    Sukkot (first and last days of the holiday)
    Purim
    Passover (first and last days of the holiday)
    Shavuot

    Orders placed around the above-mentioned Holidays will increase processing and/or transit times for your order, but we've got you covered!

    Just tell us that you want to be reminded of our shipping deadlines before significant dates (for example Passover or Rosh Hashanah) by joining our email notification list.

  • But I really need my wine quicker...

    We get it! We offer free ground shipping on cases of 12, but you can expedite shipping if you would like your order to arrive sooner. If there's a real rush and you're concerned about getting your order on time, please reach out to us to place your order, or contact us with your order number so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

    Due to carrier limitations, we cannot expedite orders to TX.

  • What if something is out of stock?

    If this happens we will notify you using the email address that you entered at the time you placed your order. We will give you the option to select a substitute, wait for the wine to come in stock, or remove the wine from your order. We suggest you reply to us quickly so we can process your order right away and you can receive your shipment without delay. In some cases, our trained wine consultants may substitute an out-of-stock wine with an upgraded wine of similar style but of higher quality and value at no extra cost to you. You will be notified if such a substitution is made.
  • Can you ship to a PO Box address?

    Regulations prohibit us from delivering alcohol to PO boxes, we can only deliver your shipment to a physical address.
  • Can you ship my wine to Hawaii? How about Alaska?

    At this time we are unfortunately unable to ship to Hawaii and Alaska
  • Why can't I select my state when entering my shipping address?

    Regulations and laws are in place that limit our ability to ship to AL, AK, HI,MD, MS, and UT.

    Note regarding Maryland: We are working on a solution that will allow shipments to Maryland to resume. Keep an eye out for updates.

    Note: While we can ship to TX, there is an extended time in transit for those shipments. Please allow up to 15 days for your shipment to be received.

  • Will my wine spoil or freeze while in transit?

    We monitor the weather closely to ensure the outside temperature does not jeopardize the integrity of the wine while en route. If we have any concerns due to extreme weather, hot or cold, we will, we will hold the shipment in our warehouse until the weather is suitable for shipping wine.
  • Can You Deliver on Saturday or Sunday?

    Our shipments are delivered Monday through Friday. Please consider processing and transit times when placing your order. We do try to work with our couriers so that our packages are not delivered to our customers on weekends. However, as they are a third-party from KosherWine.com,  we cannot guarantee they will not make an attempt and may deliver on Saturday in certain regions. Should a delivery be missed, two additional attempts will be made on the following business days or customers may request shipping delays in the order comments.
  • Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?

    Let us know as soon as possible. We can easily change the shipping address before your order is processed. However, once the order has been processed we need to re-route your package with UPS - a nominal fee applies for this service. If an order requires an address update after shipping, please note that delivery may be delayed.

Return Policy

 

If there is a problem with your order, or if you find a problem with the vintage, please call, text, chat or email us and we will correct it right away.

In the event that you have to return the merchandise, please re-pack the items in their original shipped packing to ensure a safe return. We will send you a label to place on the box and arrange pick up for the merchandise. Upon arrival at the KosherWine.com warehouse, all returned items are inspected. If the return is a result of our error you will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges. Please note that all customers seeking a refund regardless of the wine was consumed or not, must return the original bottle. No refunds will be issued otherwise.

If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery we will grant credit on the wine minus a 15% restocking fee, the original shipping charge, and actual return shipping fees.

Expect to receive the refund within two weeks from shipping your return. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.
