Description

The Binyamina Chosen Ruby is an impressive wine that displays a classic Syrah nature and Old World style, with rich and fresh elements in equilibrium. As is common in the Norther Rohne Valley, Viognier is blended with the Syrah infusing a complex intensity of flavor and color. The Syrah grapes are grown in outstanding vineyards in the Upper Galilee and the Viognier grapes are cultivated in a single vineyard in the Judean hills. This wine is balanced and displays lively acidity. This wine offers notes of spice, followed by typical Syrah elements of game and smoked meat. It is ready to drink as is, but with proper storage conditions, it will continue to develop depth and complexity for five to eight years after its vintage date.
