"Jeff Morgan continues to make one of the finest kosher wines on Planet Earth," said The Wine Advocate’s Robert Parker of the 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley’s Covenant Wine. A relatively small operation, the winemakers at Covenant pay individualized attention to every blend and varietal they produce. Covenant is known for its products’ incredible QPR, as well as their robustly-soft, velvety tannins that integrate well even immediately after uncorking.

    Covenant

Since 2003, Covenant winery has established itself as the premier kosher winery in California. Arguably producing some of the finest kosher wines in the world, Covenant uses grapes sourced from some of the best vineyards in the country, all the way from Napa Valley to Sonoma and beyond.

    • Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley

Crafted from grapes sourced from vineyards in Mount Veeder and Oakville, this flagship wine from Covenant is a must for wine lovers and collectors alike. Bursting with vivid fruit flavors and soft, supple tannins, this 100% Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is beautifully balanced with a long, silky and elegant finish, with flavors and complexity that will keep evolving as the wine ages.

    • Chardonnay Lavan

This flavorful and sophisticated Chardonnay is made from grapes grown in California’s Sonoma Mountain. Look for citrus and mineral flavors, subtle fruit aromas and a good balance of acidity, followed by a long, buttery and pleasant finish.

    • Red C

A blend of Syrah, Malbec, Merlot and Grenache, this unfiltered wine is bursting with dark, ripe fruit and spice flavors that are firm in acidity and feature soft, supple tannins. The layered flavors and textures start in the glass and develop into a long and lush finish on the palate.

    • Red C Rosé

Covenant’s Red C Rosé is a beautiful and refreshing blend of Grenache, Pinot Noir and Syrah. Bursting with floral notes and hints of raspberry and strawberry, this rosé serves up citrus and spice flavors on the palate followed by a long, crisp finish.

    • Red C Sauvignon Blanc

Sourced from Northern California’s Lake County region, this medium-bodied and well-structured aromatic Sauvignon Blanc from Covenant highlights notes of grapefruit, passion fruit and herbs, complemented by a crisp and refreshing feeling on the palate.

    • Zahav Late Harvest Chardonnay

The grapes from this late harvest Chardonnay achieve extremely high levels of sugar which give this medium-bodied, elegant wine powerful hints of stone fruit, lemons and honey. The moderately sweet finish makes this the perfect choice for an exceptional dessert wine.
