Made in America Rosés

Rosé wines can be either sweet or dry and the different shades represent the red grape being used. Pair a chilled rosé with food or enjoy on its own.

Herzog Lineage Rosé

Earthy, with hints of tarragon, thyme, and candied fruit on the nose. The mouth is full and delicious. Flavors include pomegranate, raspberry, and tart cherry. Enjoy with lemon herb chicken, salmon, or cheeses.

Shirah Rosé

Based on Grenache yet lighter and more austere than past vintages, this Rose blend is perfect for a hot summer day. It finishes dry with beautiful fruit and floral notes. Minerality on the nose, with Luna Matta terroir, tangerine zest, tangy fresh strawberries, Key lime, Cab Franc flint, and apple.

Twin Suns Rosé

Focused on the Graciano grape, this rose opens with scents of fresh-cut flowers; citrus and sweet strawberries play on the tongue. Neutral barrel fermented for a soft feel. Finish is smooth and crisp. Enjoy chilled.

Made in America Whites

White wine and warm weather are a perfect pair. Enjoy these summery white wines indoors and outside.

Herzog Russian River Chardonnay

Fermented and then aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, the Herzog Special Reserve Reserve Chardonnay is a cool, terroir-oriented wine. While the Russian River Valley's unique climate contributes top notes of lime, chamomile, and tropical fruit, this lovely wine is overlaid with a bouquet of toasty vanilla and oak. Serve as a wonderful companion to grilled fish or grilled vegetables.

Baron Herzog Chenin Blanc

The grapes used to produce this wine originate from California's famous Clarksburg appellation. It displays all the wonderful elements characteristic of this varietal. Specifically, this wine exhibits intense fruity notes of gooseberry, white peach, and nectarine. To experience the intense, fresh fruity aromas and flavors, Baron Herzog Chenin Blanc should be enjoyed young and chilled. Best served with veal, poultry, Oriental dishes, or alone as an aperitif.

Hagafen Lake County White Reisling

The Hagafen Lake County White Riesling is made from organically farmed grapes from the renowned Devoto Vineyards in Napa's Lake County. Aromas of nice tropical smells like pineapple, citrus, lime and apple peel, with hints of flint and minerals. The taste is very light-bodied with fair amounts of sweetness, not overpowering, but definitely a present sweetness. The acid comes on soft in the mid-palate and stays soft the whole time through to the finish. The finish is light with more pineapple and citrus flavors. Overall a great, easy-drinking wine.

Hagafen Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Hagafen Sauvignon Blanc is produced from a well-established vineyard in the Eastern foothills of Napa Valley, where hot days and cool nights are ideal for creating crisp, clean, long-finishing, food-friendly wine. On the nose, Hagafen's highly aromatic Sauvignon Blanc shows lemon, grapefruit, and kiwi. This crisp, bracing, mouth-watering wine fills the palate with a well-integrated mix of bright fruit and citrus zest, with just a hint of tingly liveliness. Hagafen Sauvignon Blanc works well with a variety of fish and lighter, roasted game dishes.

Pacifica Riesling

A classic Washington State Riesling, it’s crisp and vibrant, with fruit-forward aromas of pear, key lime, lemon, and crisp green apple. Round and delicately sweet with lovely acidic balance.

Shirah Gruner Veltliner

This Gruner was fermented in oak with a small proportion fermented in a new, lightly toasted Stockinger barrel. While this wine retains Gruner’s steely, refreshing acidity, the addition of oak influence lends a slightly richer mouthfeel. The flavors are very varietally correct showing flint, apple, and honey notes but it is slightly riper in personality.

Covenant Lavan Chardonnay

The flavors of this wine show the pedigree of the vineyard, nestled in the hills of the Russian River Valley in California. Produced by one of the finest kosher winemakers, Covenant has produced a well balanced and flavorful Chardonnay. The wine is a golden yellow in color with a slight tinge of green and has a clear appearance. The aroma is fresh with subtle fruit notes and fresh produce. The flavor of the wine is more complex with tastes of pears, citrus and mineral flavors and a good balance of acidity. A noteworthy finish follows with a pleasant dryness that carries subtle fruit and earthy tastes that linger on the tongue.

Covenant Red C Sauvignon Blanc

This Sauvignon Blanc is brought to you by the premier California winemaker Covenant, using grapes sourced from the iconic Napa Valley region. The color of the wine is a very light yellow with a tinge of green. The aroma is complex and has many indiscernible notes that make for a fairly complex and funky aroma, with a very subtle note of lemons. The wine itself is medium-bodied and well structured and tastes like lemons and bell pepper with other nice fruity flavors that are balanced by strong acidity. The finish is characteristic of Covenant wines, very long and possessing a consistent flavor.

Twin Suns Sauvignon Blanc

This first release Sauvignon Blanc offers aromas of fresh peach, mango, honeydew, citrus, and green grass. The palate shows green apple, citrus including white grapefruit, and crisp white peach. This wine is great to pair with grilled fish or cheese.

Made in America Reds

Warm and sunny weather doesn't mean you have to switch to white or rosé. Red wines still deserve a place on your table, whether that table is indoors or out.

Herzog Lineage Pinot Noir

Grown in Clarksburg, this Pinot Noir boasts intense aromas of red cherry and chocolate. Soft notes of ripe black cherry and strawberry jam on the palate. A kiss of oak brings out hints of sandalwood and cinnamon to a smooth and lasting finish. Enjoy at room temperature with salmon, roasted lamb, or grilled Portobello mushrooms.

Pacifica Pinot Noir

This beautiful well balanced Pinot Noir is a blend from some of Oregon's finest vineyards. Evan's Vineyard is owned by Philip and Sheryl Jones who also produce New Zealand's highly respected Goose Bay wines. Ripe berry fruit with hints of black cherry, along with minerally and earthy overtones. Quite long in length and depth.

Shirah Bro Deux

36% Cabernet Sauvignon. 18% Cabernet Franc. 18% Malbec. 18% Petit Verdot. 10% Syrah. Bro Deux utilizes an unusually large percentage of Malbec and Petit Verdot, emphasizing their unique characteristics in the wine, while adding 10% of Shirah's flagship grape, Syrah. This full-bodied blend merges classic Bordeaux flavors with Californian power and richness. Complex aromas and flavors abound with black cherry, dried raspberry, earth, leather, tobacco, spicy camphor, and toasty oak. This is a great wine for Shabbos or with dark grilled meats.
