Domaine Chante Bise 2021

This wine is deep red with plum highlights. On the nose, it has intense combination of macerated black fruits and licorice. It is full bodied with a generous attack and pleasant freshness brought by grenach variety. Blackberry and redcurrant notes with a hint of fresh mint. Yet lovely smooth tannins. Served well with a variety of soft and hard cheeses as well as red meat to highlight its intensity.
