Located in the heart of France’s Champagne region, Drappier’s long standing roots in winemaking, dating back to 1808, still thrives today as being one of the world’s finest champagne producers. Comprised of 75% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay and 10% Meunier, this champagne is a classic example of Drappier’s know-how, showing aromas and flavors of stoned fruits like white peach with hints of spice, allowing for a powerful and complex palate.
This non-filtered, 100% Pinot Noir aged for 30 months on laths features a stunning gold color with refreshing notes of lemon and grapefruit zests on the nose, followed by strong ripe fruits on the palate and small spicy notes on the finish.
