Produced from Shiraz grapes grown in the Jerusalem mountains. After a long, slow fermentation on the skins, the wine was aged for 12 months in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. The wine has aromas of strawberry, ripe raspberry and black pepper. Full-bodied with a long, balanced finish.
