    • Place your order before your state’s cutoff date, and we guarantee delivery by Wednesday, April 1st (Erev Pesach).
    • If your order does not arrive on time, you have two options:
      - Refuse the delivery and return the order to us for a full refund
      - Keep the order and receive a $50 gift card as compensation
    • If the carrier attempts delivery by April 1st and no one is available to receive it, the delivery guarantee is no longer valid.
    • Orders placed for Chol Hamoed or the end days of Passover follow standard delivery timelines.

    • Orders with fewer than 15 bottles will include a small shipping fee.

    • As per federal law, an adult (21+) must be present to sign for all wine deliveries.
    • At checkout, you can select your preferred shipping date to help ensure someone is available to sign.
    • We recommend shipping to a business address whenever possible to improve the odds of successful delivery on the first attempt.
    • After 3 failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned and a restocking fee will apply.

    • Why can't I ship UPS to Orlando and what's with the shipping delays?

      We do ship to Orlando! As we approach Passover season the Orlando UPS delivery network becomes overloaded, leading to delays and headaches. In response, we've created our White Glove Delivery service, which provides additional flexibility and ensures timely delivery.

    • What type of wine should I use for the seder?

      For the Seder, it's traditional to have four cups of wine, and many people prefer a red wine to honor tradition. You can choose between dry, semi-sweet, or sweet wines based on your taste. If you’re hosting a diverse group, consider having a mix of Mevushal and non-Mevushal wines to accommodate everyone's preferences.

    • Is everything you sell Kosher for Passover?

      Leading up to Passover, our site is updated to feature only Kosher for Passover products. Any products that are not Kosher for Passover will be explicetly stated as so.

    • Do you sell kosher for Passover spirits?

      Yes, but due to state regulations, we can only deliver spirits to New York. Please use the "SHIP TO ZIP CODE" module on the top right hand corner of our website to view our selctions and remember to add your New York shipping address at checkout.

    • If I'm attending a Passover Program what address do I need to put in for shipping?

      Please add your individual villa address to your order. We will be delviering to your individual adress this year instead of a group address.

    • Do you sell grape juice?

      Unfortunately we do not offer grape juice for passover.

    • What’s the difference between mevushal and non-mevushal wine?

      For some, non-mevushal wine needs to be handled exclusively by Sabbath-observant Jews from production to consumption in order to be acceptable. While Mevushal wine, which undergoes flash-pasteurization, doesn't require this level of stringent handling.

    • When are my Passover order deadlines?

    • Can I order now and have it shipped closer to Passover?

      Yes! Use our shipping scheduler to select a delivery date that works for you. Simply click "Choose another delivery date" at checkout.

    • I'm hosting my family and one of my family members recently became religious. What wine should I have for him? Mevushal or non-Mevushal?

    • Do you offer free shipping if it's only 12 bottles?

      No we don't. Our boxes can now fit 15 bottles and we've updated our FREE SHIPPING threshold to 15 bottles. You can still order fewer than 15 bottles and take advantage of our nominal shipping rates.

    • Where can I find my tracking?

      Once your KosherWine.com order ships you will receive a notifciation via email with your tracking number. If for any reason you don't recieve it feel free to reach out and give us a call/text or email.

    • Can I ship to a UPS Store? CVS or other UPS Pick up/access point?

      Yes, and we can even help coordinate that for you. However, we have no control over additional storage or pickup fees that these independent locations may charge you. We've seen customers charged anywhere from $5-$20 for storage and pickup at different UPS locations.

    • Do you coordinate wine tasting events?

      We would love to partner with you for upcoming wine tasting events. While our staff are fully booked through this Passover season, we can still assist with the wine selections and shipments to accommodate your events.

    • Are there any fees associated with address redirects and restocking fees?

      Yes, there is a flat $20 redirect fee for address changes after an order has shipped. Additionally, if an order needs to be reshipped due to the recipient not being home to receive the package, an 18% restocking fee will apply.

    • What do I need to know about recieving my KosherWine.com delivery?

      Federal law requires an adult (21+) with valid ID to sign for all alcohol deliveries—This is not a requirement that KosherWine.com can waive.


      If no one is available, UPS will make three delivery attempts before returning the order. Re-shipping fees may apply.


      To avoid missed deliveries, we recommend:


      Shipping to a business address for better first-attempt success.
      Signing up for UPS My Choice to monitor shipments, hold packages at a UPS facility, or change the delivery address.

    • Where can I ship my KosherWine.com order to?

      You can ship your wine to your home or office, but not to PO boxes. We ship to all states except AL, AR, MD, MS, TN, and UT.
