Sourced from Yeruham Vineyards in the Negev Mountains, this wine was carefully crafted to highlight the region’s unique terroir. Fermented and aged sur lie in 100% new oak barrels, it develops remarkable depth, structure, and elegance. With time, it will continue to evolve, gaining even more complexity in the bottle. Vibrant yellow with a hint of green, this wine is highly aromatic, offering layers of floral, tropical fruit, and green tea notes. On the palate, it boasts rich minerality, a full body, and a long, lingering finish.
