SHIPPING FEES & OPTIONS
What qualifies for free shipping?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders of 15 bottles or more - mix and match however you’d like! Orders with fewer than 15 bottles will include a shipping fee. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

We ship exclusively via UPS.
What if I selected a delivery date at checkout?
We do our best to meet your requested delivery date, and most orders arrive on time. That said, delays from UPS or weather can happen, but we’ll make sure your order stays a priority until it’s delivered.

The transit times listed below reflect estimated UPS Ground shipping times, shown in business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). These estimates begin once your order has shipped and do not include processing time. While most orders arrive within these timeframes, delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier conditions or other factors outside our control.

When will my order ship?
If you selected the earliest available delivery date at checkout: Orders placed before 10:00 AM ET (Monday–Thursday) are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM ET will ship the next business day.
If you selected a later delivery date: Your order will be shipped based on that selection so that it arrives on or near your chosen delivery date. You can refer to the transit time table below to estimate when your order will ship based on your delivery date and location.
Please note: We do not process or ship orders on Fridays, weekends, Erev Yom Tov, or Yom Tov. Orders placed during these times will begin processing on the next business day.
Will my order take longer to ship during holidays or busy seasons?

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Yes. Federal law requires an adult 21+ with valid ID to sign for alcohol deliveries. This isn’t our rule, and we cannot waive it.
What if I’m not available?
UPS will make three delivery attempts. After the third attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. You may refer to our Return Policy below for more details.
Best solution: Sign up for a free UPS My Choice account to:
- View delivery time windows
- Hold your order at a UPS Access Point
- Redirect to another address
Important note: If UPS delivers your order to an Access Point, they may apply an extra fee. Some UPS Access Points may charge a separate fee for holding your package until pickup. This fee varies by location and is entirely outside our control, and unfortunately cannot be waived or reimbursed.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS & SPECIAL CASES
Can you ship to PO Boxes?
No, alcohol cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. You must provide a physical address.
Can you ship to my state?
We are unable to ship to: Alabama (AL), Maryland (MD), Mississippi (MS), Michigan (MI) or Utah (UT).Do you deliver on weekends?
We do our best to plan deliveries during the week, but UPS may attempt to deliver on a Saturday - or even on Yom Tov - for reasons often outside our control.If that’s a concern, you can sign up for UPS My Choice to select a different delivery date or redirect your package to a UPS Access Point. UPS does not deliver on Sundays.
ORDER CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
I just placed my order, can I still make changes?
It depends on when your order was placed and when it’s scheduled to ship:
- Orders placed between 5:00 PM and 9:00 AM (for same-day shipping):
We’re unable to make changes - these are submitted for fulfillment before our office opens. - Orders placed between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM (for same-day shipping):
We’re unable to make changes - these go straight to fulfillment. - Orders placed between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM (typically ship the next day):
We can usually make changes if you reach out as soon as possible, and no later than 5:00 PM the same day. - Orders not scheduled to ship the same day:
These can almost always be updated - just get in touch early. - Orders placed between Friday 2:00 PM and over the week end, to be shipped on Monday:
We’re unable to make changes - these are submitted for fulfillment before our office opens.
If your order has already been processed and you need to change or correct the shipping address, the best option is to sign up for a free UPS My Choice account. Once you receive your tracking number, you can request delivery changes or redirect the package to a UPS Access Point.

What if something is out of stock?
We’ll contact you via email with options: wait, substitute, or remove the item. If we don’t hear back within 2 business days, we’ll ship the rest of your order without the missing item. You will not be charged for any items we’re unable to fulfill.
RETURN POLICY
Can I return my order?
We do not accept returns.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order, or part of it, arrives damaged, please contact us right away. Depending on the situation, we’ll offer a reshipment, store credit, or a refund.
What happens if my order is returned after missed delivery attempts?
If UPS returns your order to us after multiple delivery attempts, we will issue store credit only, minus a flat $50 restocking and shipping fee.
How do refunds work?
When applicable, refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take up to 2 weeks to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
