Tulip Winery was established in 2003 in Kfar Tikvah, a community for special needs adults, in the Galil. The vineyards are mostly in the Upper Galilee and the Judean Hills. David Bar-Ilan, the winemaker, has a creative touch, which has led to their founding a sister winery, Maia.
