    Tzuba

Tzuba has rapidly developed under talented South African winemaker Paul Dubbs from a grape grower to a thriving boutique winery bottling their own extremely popular Israeli wines which consistently sell out every vintage.

    Estate

Tzuba’s Estate wines provide an introduction to the winery’s vibrant Mediterranean winemaking style with bright fruit flavours and well-integrated use of oak barrels for maturation.

    Metzuda

These premium wines are crafted from the estate’s finest vineyard plots and enjoy extensive barrel maturation to create incredible depth of flavor, ageworthy structure and tannins, and a very long finish.

    Terasa

Tzuba’s flagship wine Terasa is an opulent blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah made from the best grapes of each vintage and aged in oak barrels for 18 months to add extra polish and complexity.

    Tzuba’s Awards:

    How did Tzuba start?

Tzuba’s winemaker Paul Dubbs grew up in South Africa where he helped his family make wine for the local Jewish community. After emigrating to Israel, he established the Tzuba vineyards which initially sold fruit to other Israeli wineries before beginning their own bottling in 2005. Since then the winery has become one of Israel’s most exciting and dynamic boutique wineries set in Israel’s ancient viticultural heartland of the Judean Hills.

What is Tzuba most known for?

Although still young, the Tzuba winery has earned a reputation for excellence throughout Israel and beyond. Testament to the quality of their vineyards and winemaking is the fact that all of their wines sell out every year. Paul Dubbs’ approach to viticulture begins in the vineyard where he strives to produce the best quality fruit possible which he treats with a light touch in the winery, just enough to bring out the natural character of the grapes.

    Most Popular Wines from Tzuba

    • Tzuba Metzuda Reserve is a premium Bordeaux blend boasting complex layers of dark fruit interwoven with cigar box spice from the 24 months of barrel maturation.
    • Tzuba Chardonnay is bursting with ripe tropical fruit and citrusy notes as well as caramel and buttery hints from the four months of barrel ageing on the lees.
    • Tzuba Cabernet Sauvignon is a powerful yet easy-going red with intense hits of cassis and crushed wild berries and firm tannins which makes it a great match for red meats.
