Yaffo Pet Nat 2024

Pet Nat is a natural sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grapes and a little Sauvignon blanc grown in the Judean Mountains at an altitude of 600 meters. The wine was bottlede towards the end of fermentation and finished the natural fermentation process in the bottle, which gives it a cloudy appearance with some sediment at the bottom of the bottle. Fruity and refreshing wine. Recomended to serve cold.
