Yaffo Winery

Yaffo winery, located in Neve Michal can be found in the heart of the Ella Valley region within the Judean Hills. This family boutique winery was founded by Moshe and Anne Celniker, who made Aliyah from France to work the land and pursue their winemaking vision in Israel. Today, their son Stephan has taken the helm as chief winemaker, carrying on the family tradition of creating wines that are expressive, fresh and balanced.

Yaffo’s wines have consistently received 90+ ratings, and Yaffo was named Winery of the Year for two consecutive years by The Jewish Link. Their entry-level wines series includes a Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, White Blend and a Rose. Their Reserve series covers Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Malbec, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc, while the Image Red Blend bridges their reserve series with the flagship Heritage series. Their Heritage lineup includes both a white and red blend. Lastly, they produce an award winning Pet-Nat that is sparkling, refreshing and full of character.

Yaffo’s wines have something for everyone, and offer a combination of quality and great value. They are approachable and expressive without being overpowering.
