Avi Feldstein Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Full flavored, deep aromas, with fresh, minerally backbone. Refreshes & shows excellent drinkability. The wine was macerated on the skins of specially selected fruit for 65 days, as part of a desire to preserve a full aromatic palate in a medium-light body with high drinkability. As a result the aromas are more subtle and final expression more elegant. Pairs well with fillet steak, roast lamb, and hard aged cheese.
