Bazak is a family owned winery located in Karmei Yosef. Founder, Chanan Bazak comes from a storied career in agriculture where he served as the Director of the Israel Wine & Grapes Board.  His viticulture background has contributed to shaping one of Israel’s most exciting, up-and-coming wineries.

The Bazak Caladoc is a unique Israeli wine, it is made with a lesser known varietal and beautifully crafted to offer a fresh juicy flavor profile while maintaining structure and balance. On the nose bright red fruit aromas of strawberry, fresh berries, and red cherry lead into a medium bodied palate with vibrant acid and excellent freshness. Enjoy slightly chilled.
