Ben Attar Tinto Red Blend 2024

BEN ATTAR is a family-owned boutique winery based in Tzfat, Within the ancestral portion of Shevet Naftali. It specialises in wines that are approachable, yet complex and elegant. TINTO Red Blend – 40% Cabernet Franc, 40% Merlot, 20% Syrah. Grows in the Galil on the slopes of the Dalton Plateau. Each varietal is fermented with its own yeast to develop distinct fruity and complex flavors. Following this unique wine making technique, the wines are blended, stabilised, and gently filtered. Unoaked, with the goal of preserving the pure expression of the grapes.
