Bin Nun Marsalis 2023

The blend consists of 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Marselan, 16% Merlot, and 8% Sangiovese from our vineyards in the Judean Hills region. This wine pays tribute to the Marsalis family, known as “the first family of jazz.” The grapes were carefully hand-harvested and underwent classic fermentation, followed by an aging process of 10-12 months, enhancing the wine’s freshness and aromatic richness. The wine has well-balanced, red strawberry, plum and black cherry fruity taste, with a medium body and pleasant finish.
