Binah Blanc de Blancs 2022

A Méthode Champenoise sparkling wine made from Pennsylvania-grown Chardonnay sourced from a premier vineyard in the heart of Chester County, PA. Classy and luxurious in its presentation, the wine exhibits fruit notes of yellow apple and lemon. Aged sur lie (on the yeast lees) for 2–3 years. The wine is well-balanced with tertiary flavors including biscotti and toast. Perfect as an apéritif:
