Description

A Méthode Champenoise sparkling wine made from Lehigh Valley-grown Chardonnay. The last harvest by Pinnacle Ridge Winery yielded this Chardonnay grown on the slope of their famed vineyard in Berks County, PA. Classy and Luxurious in its presentation, the wine exhibits fruit notes of yellow plum and kumquat. Aged sur lie (on the yeast lees) for 2 years. The wine is well-balanced with tertiary flavors including biscotti and brioche. Perfect as an apéritif..
