Binah Reserve Chardonnay 2022

The Reserve Chardonnay is soft and rich, with nutty aromas and baked fruit flavors. Made from Chardonnay grown in the heart of Chester County, PA. Primary fruit flavors of lemon, apple, and peach with hints of lemon balm and beeswax. Aged 6 months in a 50/50 mix of medium and medium-plus toast French Oak barrels. The aromatic bouquet expresses vanilla, almond, and hazelnut. Buttery baked tart and crème brûlée flavors dance along the lingering finish. This wine is best consumed slightly chilled on its own, served alongside richly-flavored starchy dishes, or paired with a dessert course.
